Hi @PolyCompany, how come your VVX 250 phones don't report a warning or an error in its log when a call fails because of a lack of codec overlap?

@PolyCompany Bought couple months back two poly headsets. Total 8 headsets bought so far. Ear cuff of two headsets removes while usage. Either arrange for complementary Earcuff pair for both headset or replace headset. Presales/sales Bangalore is not supporting on contact.
