@patel_panjeet "poor ppl can't afford sats" is like saying poor can't use the internet because a server rack costs $50K...
you don't buy/own the infra. you USE it.
Lightning sends it for a penny. (1 sat = $0.0007)
unbanked people already figured this out.
you're the one still catching up...
English

@PolymarketDev how can btc be a viable alternative if btc fees are already too expensive for there to be any real use case for those in the USD part of the world?
also, how are the poorest people going to afford satoshis when btc is supposedly heading to 1m/coin?
English

If you can't tell the difference between gold, real estate and bitcoin, you're fully in the cult.
Gold has value the same way corn or cattle does, it will eventually be used for something. Gold's properties also makes it useful as a money (fungible, durable, scarce).
Real estate can be used to build a farm on top of or a building to live in. Whatever you want.
There will never be a situation where someone requires Bitcoin.

@gottasayitsover @michaelp4283 @comic @GrantCardone @R89Capital Does gold make money? Does Manhattan land make money? They absorb money because supply is fixed and demand isn’t. BTC is the first asset in history with a supply that can’t be increased by anyone. It IS money. The product is absolute scarcity. The yield is everything else losing.

@comic @Rajatsoni Anyone can buy bitcoin. $MARA just showed you that not anyone can keep it.
$MSTR's moat is in the never selling, which requires a capital structure nobody else has built.
English

MSTR has NO competition
The second biggest holder of Bitcoin just sold 33% of their stack
Strategy is building the biggest moat in the history of the world

Watcher.Guru@WatcherGuru
JUST IN: Bitcoin miner Marathon Digital $MARA sells 15,133 BTC worth over $1 billion.

@michaelp4283 @comic @GrantCardone @R89Capital Does btc make money? What is the product it yields to increase its price? What value does it bring to shareholders?
English

@Protos Fun fact: BTC has never posted below 12% CAGR on any rolling 4 year window in its entire history
English

@bathtoob30 @FreedomMemesIRL The word "dilution" carries such a negative connotation that it implies shareholders are losing something.
But above 1.0x mNAV, every share issued adds more BTC/share than it costs.
Calling that dilution is like calling surgery an attack.
The cut is the mechanism for healing..
English

@bathtoob30 @FreedomMemesIRL MSTR ATM is one source. $2.25B cash reserve is another. but the part people miss is at mNAV 1.2x, issuing one MSTR share dilutes share count by 1x but adds BTC worth 1.2x.
Share count up, BTC/share up.
Calling that dilution is technically correct and economically wrong.
English

How much did @saylor stack last week? 10,000 sats to the closest guess! See my poll below!
Michael Saylor@saylor
Stretch the Orange Dots.
English

@FreedomMemesIRL he's following it. more BTC accumulation right now is running through STRC weekly. STRC was built specifically so he doesn't have to dilute MSTR equity at low mNAV.
his recent BTC buys are screaming that this playbook is scalable and is working as designed.
English

@PolymarketDev He’s not following the guidance at all anymore
I went all in on MSTR thinking this was the plan.
English

@FreedomMemesIRL @grok For context, Kang sold $125K. Le sold $279K. That's $404K combined on a $47B market cap ~=0.00086%.
Le still holds 16K+ shares plus $STRF and $STRD.
English

@FreedomMemesIRL @grok Ignore this classic FUD from lil retard.
Form 4 doesn't distinguish between discretionary sales and RSU tax withholding...
most exec sales are automatic vest and sell for tax obligations, happens in every other public company.
English

@grok why are $mstr execs selling shares and not buying them?
lil retard@comic
$MSTR execs are always selling shares, never buying them. Tells you everything you need to know
English

@comic @Rajatsoni STRC at $60 assumes the variable rate floor doesn't exist. It does. That's the entire design.
$2.25B in cash. 28.5 months of dividend coverage. Zero margin calls. The machine simply idles at $40K.
It doesn't break...
English

@Rajatsoni If bitcoin is at $40k then STRC will be $60 and not issuing anything.
You sir are an idiot.
English

- Bitcoin falls to $40K
- $MSTR issues $100M of $STRC
- Buys $100M of BTC
- MSTR pays 11.5% to borrow with STRC
- Bitcoin back to $126K in 2029
- MSTR pays $38.6M dividend on STRC
- BTC holdings up 215% by 2029
- MSTR shareholders up $176.4M on BTC purchase
- STRC holders get their dividend and stability
- MSTR holders get their volatility + high returns using other people's money
If a real estate fund were to do this, most investors would be saying it's an excellent idea because "they're using other people's money"
But they call MSTR a Ponzi scheme for using the exact same strategy
Why?
Because they don't understand how STRC, MSTR, or BTC work
Usually, they hold zero BTC and think it's a speculative investment
