@SukaruAnow @Stephen_Yahn @philosophymeme0 Chance has nothing to do with the argument. And free will by definition, contradicts determinism. Logical contradictions cannot exist. Free will doesn't exist in any worldview. But it definitely cannot exist in yours.

Hypocritical loser. You need Jesus. ✝️
PolymathicPhallus@PolymathPhallus

@the_christnats No they don't. Whenever faced with the topic of god slaughtering children in the Bi le, you make the apologetic that its ok because they went to a better place. Apply that same logic. Why would your "temporary" life matter to you or anyone else? Don't be a hypocrite now.

@SkuzzyTheArtist @philosophymeme0 No its not. If an all-powerful being cannot create a logically possible scenario (Free Will without Evil), then that being is limited by something outside of logic, which challenges the definition of omnipotence.

@NScissor777 @sola_chad Right, so special pleading. NDE's are only real when you agree with them. Even though they happen for others with different beliefs. "Only the ones I like are real" Congratulations on your lobotomy.

@PolymathPhallus @sola_chad Simply if it aligns with Christianity it's more likely from God and if doesn't then It's from satan

@cutloo5e @philosophymeme0 1) that medication treats kitosis and increases feed intake and milk yields. 2) you have microorganisms living on your skin. ("sentient" was mistaken. Will withdraw sentience) 3) are you saying you want my bussy? (Backs it up)

@Jeff_Rosenbury @xonphused You think you're slick. Them claiming god said its their "Holy land" doesn't make it true. That was their excuse to genocide those nations to steal their land, which further supports my point. And im attacking Yahism as a whole, so I will include ALL of it.

@PolymathPhallus @xonphused Yes. Limit them to those commanding outside the Holy Land (i.e., land given to non-Jews). And since this is discussing Christianity, please limit them to the New Testament.

@Mordie_Kai @NotEvolution1 And pointing out that the New Testament might not be monotheistic, just supports my point. It shows the "God" concept is constantly evolving to fit the theology of the time, rather than being a consistent, eternal truth.

@Mordie_Kai @NotEvolution1 If the history shows cultural evolution and mashups of pagan myths, then the claim that this specific god revealed himself to a chosen people is factually debunked.

@32Anon12811763 @philosophymeme0 1) you dont need evil to know good. 2) god is not good. He commands atrocities over and over. Even breaking his own moral codes. 3) you can see its light outside even if the lights in the house are on. 4) none of your argument was coherent

@philosophymeme0 without evil can you see God's good? reality is like our house, we shade our selves from too much sun but in the making the house has shadows. you can't discover light without darkness. saturn taught me to look between boundaries. light needs darkness vicver.

@Stephen_Yahn @philosophymeme0 Theres no free will regardless, if you assume the classical omni-charateristics. Thats the point. If god knows you will choose X, can you ever choose Y? No.

@philosophymeme0 Why is there not a no for the last box? Can God create a universe where everyone freely chooses to make the right choice only? Then how is that free will?

@GenericName9991 @JoveIsWatching @philosophymeme0 Had someone try this the other day. They defined omnipresence as being wherever you want to be, omniscience as knowing and remembering whatever you want to, and omnipotence as doing what you're capable of. Defined god right into arbitrary nonsense. We're all omnified i guess..

@adityabhatt_ @philosophymeme0 Incorrect. When doing an internal critique, we can look at what god says is evil, and apply that. You still come to the same inescapable dichotomy.

@philosophymeme0 The whole argument fails to observe that d definition of evil is what we consider to be evil, not what there is in reality. If A kills B, was it an evil act? some say premise matters. But then if a predator(lion) kills a deer (prey), was that an evil act? See, evil is subjective.
