For past 4-5 days, residents in Kandivali are facing power outage at night. Every outage lasts one and half hour to sometimes 11 hours. (check quoted post below). The local teams @Adani_Elec_Mum doesn't seem to be taking this seriously. Have faced similar situation in our area last week for few days. The complaint resolution is extremely slow. No long term solution and local Adani Electricity technicians keep closing the compliants by marking it resolved without restoring power. This is deficiency of services to another level with no fear of accountability.

Update : After two hours of power outage, people from our society had to go to @Adani_Elec_Mum's local office. On-duty staff was refusing to come to attend citing 'staff shortage'.
On request, he arrived, fixed the issue in 5 minutes and left.
Power was restored for 17 minutes and now we are back to black out.
I hope someone at @AdaniOnline is looking into this.
Mumbai cannot have such poor services in power supply.

The frequent power interruption with absolutely pathetic service response time, falsely closing compliants, has been happening for a month now.
- 10 days back, I wrote an email to the service head of @Adani_Elec_Mum and there's been no response.
- Each complaint resolution takes anywhere between 1.5 to 3 hours.
- Local technicians have said there's fuse problem that needs replacement but it has not happened.
There is no accountability here by @Adani_Elec_Mum.
