How to lose weight without changing WHAT you eat: 1. Stop eating straight from the bag -portion it out first. Chips, cereal, snacks… the bag makes it way too easy to overdo it. 2. Go sugar-free where you can - soda, syrups, sauces, cool whip, etc. You’ll cut a ton of calories, and after a while you won’t even miss the originals. 3. Drink water before meals- takes the edge off hunger and helps you naturally eat less. 4. Pause before seconds -go do something for 10–15 minutes (walk, clean, whatever). If you’re still hungry, eat but most of the time, you won’t be. 5. Use smaller plates and bowls- simple, but it works. You’ll eat less without even thinking about it.

No voter ID, especially when combined with mail-in ballots, means the system is engineered to make fraud impossible to prove. Everyone knows that you can barely get through your week without showing ID for the most banal activities, like shopping at Costco. The only reason to ban ID is to hide massive voter fraud.

@Amwysoc Single ingredient foods are fail safe. Three to five ingredients not too bad. The rest is poison.

This is why it’s important to read and understand nutrition labels. These bagels are marketed as 110 calories each, but when I weighed mine and calculated it, it was actually 269 cals. Many companies subtract dietary fiber when promoting their products to make them appear lower in calories/carbs. But subtracting fiber doesn’t make those calories magically disappear. (I wish) If you’re in a calorie deficit, that kind of marketing can be very misleading & is why it’s important to look beyond the claims on the front of the package and understand what the label is actually telling you.
