We have learned that over the next few days, Acute Care AB will be cancelling elective surgeries in Edmonton due to unsafe patient volumes. Those who have advocated for safe patient ratios and offered to work with the gov't are being given pink slips. #ableg #abhealth #yeg

This is just chilling. In any functional organization we all benefit from smart people stepping forward and making things better. By creating a health culture toxic to excellence the GoA is ensuring that quality of care diminishes. We will all suffer.
