@AirbnbHelp @Airbnb worst customer service. On phone for 40 minutes for the 6th time in a week and your representative HUNG UP ON ME. No protections for guests. Customer for 10 years, never had an issue until now. Never booking again if this is how you treat your guests.

@AirbnbHelp Worst customer service. No guest protection. All they do is stand by their hosts even in filthy locations. Don’t get a call back, receive messages from an auto bot. Been a customer for almost 10 years, lost my business from one stay.
