Spicy Mexican food take (niche Utah): I live in West Jordan and there are 2 Mexican restaurants within 2 miles of me as good as Red Iguana. No need to make the drive to SLC. Some theories: - Utah's vibrant Latino culture has evolved over the past 25 years, bringing the skills and expertise necessary to elevate many Mexican restaurants. - There is something about Mexican cuisine that makes it more likely for a restauranteur to master than other types of cuisine. - The rise of other ethnic cuisines in Salt Lake county has compelled Mexican restaurants to elevate their game in order to keep up in a saturated market. Anyway, probably going to Maria's tonight. 🌮🇲🇽

@jchizzy21 Sadly those 2 back to back OT losses were so deflating for us and so motivating for Vegas that even as a fan I wasnt expecting us to win tonight. But were young and experience when it matters most is what these playoffs were about for us.

Really, really frustrating to see the Mammoth come out and play with so little force and urgency. I’m not buying the whole, “this season was a success” thing because they absolutely could, maybe even should have beat this team.
