Where is the evidence of a "towing" take place? I see he is gathering rope. And, where is the "other boat" and why is that boat filming? Is there a longer video? Whose boat? Is this the tow company or the uncles boat? Can we get a time stamp on this video? Who was aboard the vessel that towed the Triton? And, where was Nolan? and are these the same 8-9 passengers who were on this boat when the boat went to Horn Island, if not, why did they board to return to the mainland, rather than stay on Horn Island? Why would these individuals board a fragile vessel. And, the disposition of the individuals in this boat do not appear under distress. This video is misleading. All we have is "hey look at this, and this settels that" which is not honest investigation.

Ok I hope that the culture don't get upset with me..I don't think any of Nolan Wells friends had anything to do with his unfortunate death. I think that everyone was drinking ..then something happened to the boat .. and Nolan, wanted to stay and see if this woman he met was going to "put out" and his friend probably said ,'hey get the hell on the boat or we are taking your phone" using the the phone as bait to get Nolan on the boat... Nolan, probably feeling the vibes..was like hey..fuk it take the phone..As Nolan and the girls vibes were growing and talking maybe getting a little frisky.....Somebody said, Hey your sister or girlfriend is about to have sex with that Black guy/N-word.. Someone hit Nolan hard on the back of his head..harder than they thought..and left the scene or stayed...Nolan probably got up..a little tipsy and with a concussion..dis orientation and he tried to waddle out to a friend's boat for help and the drop and currently took him away. Someone or something hit Nolan in the back of the head while he was still alive and probably thought that Nolan would walk it off..but he didn't. Sun down was around 8:30 Pm so, his staggered walking was evident..but folks probably just thought he was just drunk. Now, this a National Park that see big crowds during the holidays..I think it's irresponsible for there not to be any lifeguards and at least three or 4 medical emergencies crews on the island during holidays regardless.

@O_Truths Dude...the unknown girl was probably unknown at the time. Once stuff blew up, everybody knows about everybody involved so now they can reference people by name. No way you can't figure that out.

Here are some things I want to point out. In this police report, detectives or investigators are taking statements. Whoever told the investigator that Nolan decided to stay on the island with an unknown girl contradicts the interviews Warren Hudson gave with Tatum. He specifically says they pulled out at 4:30 or 4:31, and the GPS confirms they did not actually leave Horn Island then. That was when they started pulling out the last time. Warren says the last time he laid eyes on Nolan was 3 PM, but there are discrepancies in my opinion. If they left at 4 or 4:31, around the time the boat was filling with water, and Warren claims he was focused on helping Wyatt with the boat, that conflicts. Prior to that, Warren says his younger brother was in a physical altercation, so he went to get him and brought him back to the boat, where he then helped with the water filling. The 3 PM time does not fit and is a discrepancy. Also, in the police report, whoever provided the information said no one stayed behind with the unknown girl. Yet Warren says in the interview with Tatum that Katie texted him on July 5 and said Nolan was a nice guy. If the girl is unknown, how did he know her name? He said he saw Nolan cradling Katie by the boat and they were smiling at each other, but in the report she is unknown. That does not make logical sense. If the last time Warren claims he laid eyes on Nolan is at 3 PM, how is it that Wyatt was cursing at him around 4 or 4:31 for him to get on the boat, and you were helping Wyatt with the boat and you wrote back on Wyatt’s boat, but 3 PM is the last time you laid eyes on Nolan? Also, let’s not forget that allegedly J Von, Nolan’s friend, said that he believes he saw Nolan around 4:30 on the island as well, and he also recalls where the shepherd boy needed to be calmed down because he also got into an altercation or argument on the island, and he needed to be taken to somebody’s boat for him to calm down. So a lot of the times don’t make sense in my opinion. #JusticeForNolanWells
