@YallJustDontKno Athens is probably the most progressive city in the sec. Like everywhere, its past isn’t pretty. But to call it comparable to Oxford, who had students making monkey noises are black students and had over half the student body defending them, is crazy and not in the same world.

That reminds me of that football player from Georgia carrying on like the Racism in Athens isn’t comparable to the racism in Oxford. The only notable difference between Ole Piss and other SEC schools is other SEC schools don’t have Confederate heritage sprinkle in on the mascot.
