all of my friends who bought houses in 2019 got 4 bed 2.5 bath homes for under $200k. their mortgages are at 3% paying like $1500 a month.
they’ll never leave those houses and i don’t blame them
now even the cheapest 2 bedroom apartment you can find is bare minimum $2200 a month.
you’re paying more to rent a box than they pay to own an entire house.
and that shift happened in less than 5 years
the dream of owning a home went from easily achievable to nearly impossible in a blink and this isn’t just the us this is global.
an entire generation priced out of the most basic milestone of adulthood
and it doesn’t matter who sits in powell’s chair.
there is nothing anyone can do about it as long as the fed keeps printing money out of thin air.
every dollar they create devalues the ones you already saved.
that’s not inflation that’s theft
the house didn’t get more expensive….
your value of every dollar we have was stolen from us
ETFs didn't just put mutual funds on a different rail. They introduced intraday trading, better tax efficiency, and dirt cheap passive indexing. The wrapper changed the actual product. Tokenization doesn't do any of that. A tokenized treasury bond is still just a treasury bond. Your portfolio strategy doesn't change because it settled on Ethereum instead of through a traditional clearinghouse. When the infrastructure is ready the institutions will just tokenize their own stuff and keep moving. It's just a software update
I need to trigger more retards with my messaging, and monetization is of no consequence to me.
That being said, how much would be a reasonable cash offer for an account with 260k followers and no monetization?
the barrier to entry is SOOOO much higher for robotics
software scales with compute and talent. OpenAI went from research lab to $100B+ because the marginal cost of serving another user is basically zero. just rent more GPUs
robotics requires hardware supply chains, manufacturing, regulatory approvals, safety certs, physical distribution, service networks. every one of those is a multi year capital intensive moat you can't shortcut with a bigger Series A
I wonder if we’ll ever see a robotics company that takes off as fast as OpenAI and Anthropic did
surely there will be a startup that challenges Tesla the same way OpenAI challenged Google
@CryptoGodJohn yeah as a momentum play it's solid.. but as a fundamental long term hold it still has a lot of proving to do. Idk if "smart money" will be buying into this for anything other than momentum which means lots of people setting up to get rekt
$TAO looks like it’s about to go on a massive run and break out of this daily range its been stuck in
With Nvidia’s CEO Jensen Huang speaking about Tao & it’s sub nets today I think it is obvious this is going to get bid up big by AI whales soon
More people are making money with crypto
Forget the hype. Here's what's really working in 2026:
Weekend Warriors are building micro-tools that solve one very specific problem, sometimes literally over a weekend.
Some earn $200-500/month from niche tools and micro-SaaS products.
Custom GPT Hustlers are crushing it.
They find busy professionals who do the same writing task repeatedly, build a custom GPT that does 80% of the work, and charge $500-1,500 per bot. No coding needed.
The Boring Winners figured it out: AI doesn't magically make you rich.
It makes existing business models cheaper, faster, and scalable.
People winning with AI aren't doing exotic things.
They're doing boring things better.
The stats? AI-powered side hustles saw a 28% jump in interest over the past year. Most people aren't getting rich overnight, but they're adding real monthly income with surprisingly little upfront cost.
The barrier to entry has never been lower. What boring problem will you solve better?
A mini blow off top may be incoming
The market is pricing in a quick end to the war right now.
If this accumulation keeps building we could see a bullish run up near term before recession kicks in.
The market held strong today and is selling off gold and oil.
Tell me why I need Claude or a clawd bot?
I don’t think I need more than grok currently which is a search engine on steroids.
Convince me otherwise and I’ll send you $500 in bitcoin.
People are taking the “$5k on a $200 Claude plan” claim way too far.
That figure is an estimate for ultra heavy power users at the top end of usage, not the average subscriber. And with Anthropic’s revenue skewed heavily toward enterprise, they can subsidize some consumer power users without every retail account being underwater.
