As incredible as it sounds, there are still people who think rockets can’t work in space 🙄
Denier logic usually goes:
“No air = nothing to push against”
“No oxygen = no combustion”
Both are wrong.
Rockets carry their own oxygen.
The combustion happens inside.
And they don’t push on air.
They throw mass out the back, and move the other way. This is basic physics. Newtons Third Law Of Motion: For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.
No air. No problem.
Works in a vacuum.
P.S. (for the detail oriented physics nerds):
More precisely, this follows conservation of momentum.
The exhaust carries momentum backward, and the rocket gains equal momentum forward.

What really sucks about the moon launch is that people are so schizo that even with a ton of evidence, they'll never believe it. There's nothing we can do to prove it, either.
They will say it's impossible because of the Van Allen belt, despite them having no clue what it is. It's just something they heard from another schizo and they repeat it.
Honestly, they'll probably double down and say the moon and space don't even exist.

read the Bible. NASA was formed after admiral Byrd flew over the ice wall and found unlimited resources and land. NASA which is Satan minus T has been laundering our tax dollars unchecked for decades. Plenty of proof of a flat earth tho. Lasers shot 100’s of miles. Rainbows reflecting off the firmament. Being able to see further than you should. Globe religion will ignore all that and stick to the no proof story. I don’t get it

NASA has been letting it slip over and over for decades that it's impossible to go past low earth orbit (they call it the "Van Allen radiation belt", that's their code for firmament) They'll make an animated Netflix show to keep lying to you though! 🤡🌎
