Trying to renew my house insurance with @PostOffice. Tried to log on my online account, entered email address, told they would send me a code. They did, entered it & told it was invalid. Code tried again the same result, tried again, same result, and so it went on useless.

ARGH!! The frustration. Every time I go to the @PostOffice to return something we have the same issue. We spend 5 minutes trying to scan a QR code through 3" of laminated safety glass, only for the cashier to eventually open the window and scan my QR code that way. Why not just bloody do that from the start?

@IbbotsonJoe Hi Joe, that's something the branch would be directly responsible for doing and for managing their reopening. Have you spoken to them about the reopening?

I got one of these years ago. It was useless. When I wanted to cancel the card because it was significantly less useful abroad than any given debit card, no local Post Office knew what it was or what it was on about. Apparently I left a paltry sum on the card when I binned it...

@PostOffice I posted a parcel at the post office 08.53 yesterday morning , tracked 48 , it is still showing as at the post office at 16:39 Tuesday , when will it be on its way?

I'm sure Royal Mail put aside all your post then deliver it all in one day. Nothing all week, then six items of mail in one day. Anyone else noticed this?

@PostOffice 35 mins, and when I got to the counter I couldn't pay my bills because the Post office WIFI was down so I couldn't pay by debit card.

@PostOffice several of my cards over the last 6mths have not reached their destination, price of cards and 1st class stamps are not cheap. It’s so disappointing

@HM_Passport @PostOffice Cambridge st Andrews st branch service was VILE yesterday. No WIFI for services, Long queues, Only 1 person serving whilst other staff were just hanging around, the entrance door was making a scraping noise every time it opened and closed. Third world staff, third world service.

@PostOffice What a utter pigs ear. Had to open seperate online saver, why can't open thru existing portsl instant saver ? When I try to withdrwa to my linked Halifax account, my new Online saver appears in next box instead??. But I can't deposit or withdraw from either

@PostOffice Why has my next day delivery order not been delivered yet. I made an order from very on thurs before 3pm. I paid for next day delivery and it was then put into your care for delivery. Its now Saturday and I've had an email saying maybe today/maybe not.

hi @PostOffice Tried to renew my driving license at a main branch in Reading only to find out that the service has not been available for SEVERAL months! The staff there have given up trying to contact you to sort this out! Any comments?

@PostOffice Ok thank you, unfortunately none of these were offered to me when I went to the post office this morning and said only thing would be a service that takes 3-6 days and said it was signed and tracked but nothing in the receipt gives me a tracking number or anything
