Thank you to everyone who came out to our Meet & Greet in Campbell River! We had an incredible turnout, double what we expected, and I’m sorry to anyone who had to stand. A special thank you to Aaron Gunn (@AaronGunn) and Anna Kindy (@DrKindyMLA) for coming out. It was wonderful to see so many passionate British Columbians. Our grassroots support is strong and growing. This is the movement that is going to take back our province. Join me at Findlay4BC.ca

@_kruptos I must have talked about alternatives to the mandate 10 x per day during the election. I was very much pro-vaccine but wanted to respect the individual choice which is why accommodation and alternatives were proposed. Again, strident voices are often the least informed.

When Erin O’Toole tries to tell you that he opposed vaccine mandates and made reasonable accommodations, in practice what it meant was that he joined our leadership class to present a single unified voice. He bent his knee to power and landed on his feet. Ask the Coutts Four how it went for them.
Erin O'Toole@erinotoole

@fleming_benn For someone with strong opinions you would think you would at least know your stuff. I ran an entire election opposing a vaccine mandate & proposed reasonable accommodations, earlier openings of restrictions & fewer CERB payments. All while trying not to divide. Check it out

Given the tendency of people to become more conservative as they age, this seems like a warning flag to me that the current CPC is not all that conservative in some ways and perhaps even gives off a bit of a radical vibe to some?

After the U.K. introduced a bill that would impose a generational ban on the sale of tobacco products to anyone born after 2008, federal Health Minister Marjorie Michel says she is considering a similar measure in Canada. junonews.com/p/liberals-exp…

@NotaliaMateo Yes, they’re only doing this now because they know it’s too late to do anything. Come 3 years when the election rolls around they’ll go back to singing the liberal praise.

Chantal Hébert: "What this fiscal update actually did is it kind of seemed like a prolongation of the Trudeau era -- you've got room to maneuver and you do not use it for rigour or austerity, you use it to spend on something else."

As the son of two proud Montrealers driven out of their home by separatism, and someone who loves Montreal, Quebec, and Canada with my whole entire heart, it’s entirely cut and dry
Craig Sauvé 🌹@CraigSauve

There are quiet sovereigntists in the Liberal Party and the Conservative party as well -and there has been for decades. Quebec politics is not so cut-and-dry …as this Ontario Liberal who is trying to score cheap points would have us believe.

WATCH: Liberal Minister CONFIRMS his plan to regulate what Canadians can say on social media. He cites the UK’s censorship regime as an example that Canada should follow. Do you trust the Liberals to decide what you can say online?

@Potheadpolitic @JasonLavigneAB @5p3rry I asked you where you draw the line on not having age limits. AI should 100% be regulated - yes. Anyone who says different is an idiot in my opinion. There’s a large problem when you can create a hyper realistic video of someone without their consent or knowledge.

There you have it Canada. Uniparty on full display. O'Toole joins the Liberal government and now he's praising Manitoba's NDP Premier who's overreaching on parental control. Don't be fooled, this has nothing to do with protecting children. This is to usher in ID requirements for everyone on social media, not just children. And now the Liberals, NDP, and a former "conservative" leader is pushing it. Get ready. Just like Australia, X and other platforms will require your government issued ID to verify your age. Digital ID, social credit scores, and a shutdown on the free exchange of ideas are all just around the corner.
Erin O'Toole@erinotoole

Anyone with children knows this is a necessary step for their well-being and for wider social cohesion. Good move by @WabKinew

@JackPosobiec Why are we inviting this ‘culture’ to Canada? If it’s genuinely a culture thing every single one of them should be deported.

Am I the only PM Carney voter that is concerned about his lack of action or even a comment on the obvious move to for-profit healthcare by conservative Premiers, and PM Carney's sudden desire to privatize airlines? Was Carney the only choice for PM by design? Were we played?
