It might ‘only’ be the Carabao Cup but it’s a trophy and we don’t have a divine right to win anything. Seeing us winning trophies is a privilege not a right and you lot need to understand that. What you have seen over the past decade isn’t normal and it won’t ever happen again.

Imagine being so disconnected from the vitality of what football is that you watch that "goal" in the #LIVMCI game and then arrive at this. These people are AI football fans. Or like pub bores who will tell you the route you've driven to somewhere was actually the wrong way.

VAR correct to rule out third MCFC goal. You can’t just ignore the rules because it ‘feels right’. If referee waves play on for first foul he would then have to penalise second one. Goal suited BOTH teams cos didn’t affect outcome and LFC lose player. But that’s irrelevant.

Guehi with a clear pull of the shirt. Only receives a yellow despite denying Salah a clear goalscoring chance. Shambolic officiating.

"Anyone who's been in this stadium for the last eight years knows that if Mo Salah is in that position it's a goal!" Arne Slot chuckles in response to questions around refereeing decisions in Liverpool's defeat to Man City 🟥

When I slagged off Anfield’s atmosphere the other week, I was told that I should hear it in a “big game” Well, they are playing Man City and just as before, the atmosphere is awful Biggest myth in football

@DalaiPalmerMCR A complete load of bollocks. Attacking team penalised for scoring then getting a free kick? Ok then

Genuinly think that VAR decision at the end has spoiled one of the great moments of the season,a lad shoots from is own half were all blowing it over the line,it finally crosses everyone goes mental when it crawls over the line then its scrapped to send a lad off and disallowed🤷‍♂️

So funny watching every one losing their minds over City replacing players. We've lost Ederson, Akanji, Walker, Gundogan, De Bruyne, Palmer, Mahrez, Alvarez, Grealish over the past 2 and a half years, with Ake, Stones, Bernardo and Kovacic all about to go in a few months too. That's THIRTEEN players. Are we literally just not meant to replace them? Dunno how much we've spent, but everyone is saying its about £500m since last Jan on bloody loads of players. Are people aware it's 2026 ffs? We're replacing all-timers. £500m would only get you KDB, Stones, Gundogan and Bernardo on that list at their best, and that's being generous. Good players cost a lot of money. Difference is, Pep fucking wins, so they can justify spending it to rebuild half the squad. It's not even that much per player when you break it down, or consider incomings too.

If Arsenal win the Premier League this season, it will be the greatest title win ever. Their main title rivals, who spent £300m in the summer and another £200m the January before, have now gone and spent close to £200m again mid-season on two of the best players in the league. Arsenal are essentially competing against financial cheats and a sports-washing organization.

Is football just allowing Man City to stockpile players while it continually dithers over the charges? The Great Wall of China went up quicker. And as for the change in the League Cup allowing a player to represent more than one club!!!!!

How can they keep spending money? Football fans deserve an explanation - inc City fans. This has gone on long enough. We all need to know why. And what the decision is.
