Today i reached out for help due to feeling wobbly to colleagues in NHS Somerset, they came right back , gave me time to talk through my worries and provided back up for a meeting i was in. I felt stronger just having them there. So lucky to have them to work with hugs to all 🥰

@PowNatasha I posted here yesterday tash about how amazing it felt to play an active part in setting the ideas for the new ASC strategy in Q and As. Feels so empowering and refreshing to feel proud and part of SCC and I thought you engaged all attendees with a passion and drive.

I’ve finished working for the year and feeling quite reflective today. This year I’ve secured a promotion, starting the year with a team of 2 and ending with a team of 10! It’s provided me the opportunity to learn about my leadership and the environment I want to provide for them
