@PatMcAfeeShow Judge Robinson’s decision is a decision, not a suggestion, but there are two caveats: 1) if either side appeals, the appeal is heard by Goodell who can raise or lower the punishment. 2) if Robinson gives no punishment, there is no appeal and Goodell can’t touch it.

@jimcramer Jim, for years Apple has spent billions of dollars buying back its own shares, only to split the stock now 4-1. Doesn’t this mean that all of that money was essentially wasted buying back shares when it could’ve been better spent elsewhere? Seems wasteful.
