The daily routine I’d follow religiously if I needed to lose 40+lbs in 2024: • Zero alcohol • Supplement with creatine, magnesium & electrolytes • Breakfast @ 11AM Protein shake & yogurt • Lunch @ 1PM Beef tacos (low-cal tortillas) • Dinner @ 6PM Steak or salmon with potatoes and veggies • 30 minutes fasted cardio (2x/week). Assault bike & rowing machine are best • 4 lifting days focusing on compound movements and progressive overload (alternate PPL) • No fewer than 8,000 steps (no excuses) • Weigh daily (after waking up, before eating, after BM) • Measure waist weekly • Progress photos biweekly • 150g protein per day minimum • 6 days per week at 500 daily deficit • 1 day per week at maintenance calories • Limit snacks to fruit, veggies, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, canned fish, protein shakes, jerky Good food, solid activity level, super sustainable. Should notice changes in body composition in week 1-2. After 90 days, you’ll look incredibly different. After 6 months you’ll be unrecognizable. —> Got a question for me? Crazy. Has anyone heard or has this happen before? I ordered a new iPad from @Apple Delivery scheduled today via @UPS UPS driver knocks on my door and tells me this…. Then tells me that some guy flagged him down on the road (a few min away from my house) and told UPS driver he has a package for him (me), and he will take it, he’s in a hurry and needs it for work. The UPS driver confused, tells him he has to deliver it to the address, and keeps going. Driver gets in his car and follows him to my house, as the UPS driver gets out of van, the guy goes up to his door and says he needs it now, pulls out an ID to show him. The UPS driver made him sign for it and gave it to him. (Didn’t look at ID bc not required). The guy takes the package, gets in his car, and speeds away. UPS driver suspicion is now high, walks up to my house to verify and see what’s going on. To his surprise/fear - I walk out and confirm yes, I am me. …. Now we are waiting on police. …. Fact 1: This guy knew my name and my address and that I had a package being delivered today. SUPER scary. What do we think the probabilities are? 1. My email or Apple account is ‘hacked’? 2. UPS system is hacked 3. Apple is hacked?

@PowercatBergie @CoachBandstra @hawgwhisperer That’s great but it isn’t how A Gap power has traditionally been run. Just think, the name A gap comes from its aiming point of the A gap instead of C. Just go look at who has done it that most and the best - North Dakota State

Who runs a lot of A-Gap power?

@Coach_CWilson @CoachBandstra @hawgwhisperer True A gap power works horizontal to get the backers scraping over the top. We then teach our rb to backside cut. It’s hard for lbs to fit correctly if you get the horizontal movement. What you described above is how we would run duo. We do teach vertical for c gap power.

@CoachBandstra @hawgwhisperer I disagree that the DBLs are horizontal, still vertical, you want to press the A Gap much harder as the RB to suck LB’s in and then you can roll to C much easier. It sets up blocks for OL better especially if you teach them to be patient and stay on DBLs as long as possible
