Our latest @ChemicalScience paper reports the first crystal structure of hydrazoic acid bound to a transition metal. Cryogenic photolysis reveals the elusive triplet dirhodium imidogen intermediate enabling stereospecific NH aziridination of olefins. doi.org/10.1039/D6SC02…

Our latest work in @J_A_C_S captures a reactive silver nitrene in crystallo an important but elusive intermediate in C–H functionalization. The triplet nitrene species is confirmed by further spectroscopy, and computation. Link: pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ja… Congrats to all involved!
