@lufthansa Dear lizz @lufthansa , now i am in the aircraft and the stow cabins are empty. rude behaviour at baggage drop for empty stow cabins. i am really surprised how easily skin colour impacts services.
@PrachiPath15169 Hi Prachi, depending on the aircraft's load capability and how full the flight is, passengers might be asked to check-in their carry-on luggage to ensure that there's enough space in the overhead bins. /Lizz
@LufthansaFrance@lufthansa Forced to check in my cabin bag today despite it being well below the allowed cabin baggage limit. The reason given: “You’re flying Economy.” Since when do published baggage rules depend on your ticket class? Stop making up rules at the gate.
@lufthansa@lufthansa@LufthansaFrance now at the gate and i can see all passengers carrying there carry ons with the laptop bags without any problem. how will you explain this .
@lufthansa Among the first at baggage drop. My carry-on met limits, yet I was forced to check it in—with reason that I was in Economy. Not weight or space. If bins weren’t full yet, how was that decided? you see the future. u cud take it at gate.
