@AxisBankSupport @AxisBank your NRI servicing team is pathetic, everytime they raise a new request erasing the email trail and ask the same questions again and again. My ReKYC is due this month end and its not even progressing, even the RM doesnt help. who should i escalate?

@AxisBank @AxisBankSupport And today im not able to transfer funds from my NRO priority account, its giving error "Currently we are unable to process your request. Please try after some time(404)" tried this for 20-30 times,sent message to my Priority RM,NRI Service, no response

@AxisBank @AxisBankSupport ur support is pathetic, have raised issue issues with FD page, more than 7 days, still keep on asking for screenshot. and they keep sending DM,useless support.

@AxisBank ur response is useless and waste of time, even after 6 days u r asking for screenshot which was shared on Day 1. u donno whats the issue and u dont intend to fix it, such a crap service..can u ask my RM to call me if u r not the right contact

@AxisBank Ur response has been of no use, u have been asking the same question again n again. im not gonna spend time explaining this again and again. The issue happens when i try to open FD page it takes lot of time and then shows the error Ive already shared the screenshot

what a pathetic response, what has been done to fix the issue ? as i mentioned this issue has been happening for last so many years and with all the browsers so clearing the cache doesnt help, with Firefox it sometime works but not with Edge or Chrome. can someone call me ?

@AxisBankSupport your FD online booking process is pathetic, the summary page doesnt load in Edge browser. in Firefox it opens after many retries. Ive been sharing this feedback for last 4-5 years. No one bothers to fix it? its a pain to book a FD online, can some look into this
