@LauraLoomer @FmrRepMTG Does anyone genuinely take MTG seriously? She’s the one who quit. No one should ever turn to her for advice!

🚨Reminder: Only 5 Republican Senators are needed to replace Thune. Not 50. Not 25. Just 5 uncompromised, not corrupt people.

Senate 'Republicans' are LYING to you. John Thune is avoiding a simple majority vote on the SAVE America Act because he does not actually want it to pass. He wants a failure vote to PROTECT the worst members of the Senate by giving them credit for a 'Yes' vote knowing it will fail because it needs 60 votes. This is worse than we thought... CEO of The Federalist Sean Davis: "We're actually getting a front row seat to a wonderful show that I like to call failure theater. It's been put on for years by Republicans." "They don't actually want to pass something. They don't really care what their own voters want. They care about delivering for K Street. So in this case, what they don't have the votes for is voter ID, voter security, election integrity, but they want to get credit for it, and the way they do that is they always set up these 60 vote thresholds, and those are great because you don't have 60 Republican senators, so they know it won't pass. They don't want it to pass, but it allows them, knowing that it's going to fail, to set up failure votes, which is what Thune wants to do. Thune does not want a majority vote because he doesn't have, regardless of the 50 co-sponsors on this, he doesn't have 50 votes." "So what he wants to do is set up a 60 vote threshold, knowing it will fail, so he can get every Republican, or nearly Republican, every Republican on board see Mitch McConnell will go on a 60 vote threshold, and he'll vote for it, because then he can go back and say, Well, I of course, I supported it. John Curtis will go and vote for that. But the second you make it a simple majority, which is all you actually need to proceed to the bill to get on a talking filibuster, at that point, you are exposing the most left wing, the most RINO members of the party, and that's actually who John Cornyn and John Thune are wanting to protect." "They're not trying to protect elections. They're trying to protect the worst members of their own party for any accountability for what they actually believe you."

The Senate under the control (notice I didn’t say leadership) of snake-in-the woodpile, John Thune is a disgrace. Thune is doing everything to stall, undermine, or downright defeat President Trump’s agenda. NOTHING has been accomplished even though President Trump and Speaker Johnson have handed an America First platform to this treacherous weasel. We will lose the midterms, the President will be hogtied by the crooked Democrats, MAGA will be dead, and our border will be a sewer of invaders once again. John Thune is a more damaging spirochete in the bloodstream of America than the parasite, Paul Ryan.

🚨 BOOM! REP. LISA MCCLAIN DROPS TRUTH: "I will say it till I'm blue in the face: EVERY SINGLE DEMOCRAT voted to raise your taxes. EVERY SINGLE DEMOCRAT thinks Washington knows how to spend YOUR MONEY better than you!" How can anyone vote Democrat in 2026?!

@JohnCornyn John, for the good of the Republican party, it’s time for you to drop out of the race. We need to stop wasting campaign resources on a lost cause, which is you. Please do the right thing, step aside and endorse Ken Paxton for US Senate.

Congress has been rigging our elections by Congress since at least 1996. The Senate has been secretly in control of our nation's purse regardless of which party voters elect to the House of Representatives. ALL current and former members of Congress who are hiding and or hid it from the American people should be put on trial for it.

Let me refresh people’s memory on who the fuck we’re dealing with: Here is @LeaderJohnThune glorifying a terrorist organization, BLM, and a convicted felon—a thug, George Fentanyl—who overdosed on fentanyl, while showing contempt for law enforcement. This man is no Republican or conservative—he is actually far worse than a Democrat. And I will continue to remind the American people until he resigns, with or without the SAVE America Act.

😡.... I dislike the Senate immensely.
Jeremy Carl@realJeremyCarl

This will be a bit more formal than usual, but I wanted to announce that I am withdrawing my nomination for consideration as Assistant Secretary of State for International Organization Affairs. I am tremendously grateful to President Trump for nominating me and then (upon expiration of my original nomination) renominating me for this role, and I am also grateful to Secretary Rubio and his team for their continued support throughout this long and time-consuming process. The fact that they chose to nominate me and were so supportive of my candidacy was one of many indications that this is an administration that was not satisfied to simply do business as usual nor to simply pick nominees from the same stable of “business as usual” possibilities. Unfortunately, for senior positions such as this one, the support of the President and Secretary of State is very important but not sufficient. We also needed the unanimous support of every GOP Senator on the Committee on Foreign Relations, given the unanimous opposition of Senate Democrats to my candidacy, and unfortunately, at this time this unanimous support was not forthcoming. Under our Constitutional system, that is the role that the Senate has in deciding Presidential appointments at this level and I accept that political reality, and do not wish to have the President, Secretary Rubio, or the rest of his team waste valuable time and energy attempting to change that decision. I remain extremely confident in President Trump, Secretary Rubio, and the rest of the outstanding team at State (a group of leaders that includes many close friends). I know they will continue to pursue a foreign policy that puts America first, and that they will work to ensure America is able to exercise its power and influence in the world like never before.

@JohnCornyn @KenPaxtonTX @realDonaldTrump Hello Senator Cornyn, Instead of more infighting, why not focus on passing the SAVE America Act? We want real action. I've held back from criticizing you and certain other Senators because your votes are essential. But time and patience are limited. Let's get this done.

Well, it makes sense. Mainstream DC media as a node in access laundering. Trade publications for USA governance, facilitated by our taxpayer dollars. Everyone gets rich, except taxpayers. Punchbowl is simply the one you subscribe to if you want to know what Thune is up to. If you actually defend this system, you’re part of the corruption.
CapeCodMark@willyrobins

Thank you both for exposing this. I had no idea this is how the game is played. I thought it was fascinating when Doge first started, and one of the first things to go was canceling tens or hundreds of thousands spent on "pro" news subscriptions from politico, nyt, wp. those expensive politico subs were shocking.

@DOGE_GSA What does it cost to place an ad in their newsletter? A mere $210,000 ! To show how ridiculous this is ... the "Promote" button right here on X says I can achieve 75,000 impressions for $500. This is access laundering. Plain and simple.
