Held Gram Sabha meetings with farmers across the Capital Region villages. Recently, along with MLA @SravanTenali, interacted with farmers in Sakhamuru, Lingayapalem, Mandadam and Thullayapalem and gathered their views. Clarified that action will be taken based on committee reports regarding Jareebu–Non-Jareebu and road front plot issues. The government is also allowing farmers in capital villages to transport soil at their own expense. Strengthening the hospitality infrastructure in the People’s Capital, Amaravati. On 16 March 2026, APCRDA executed an Agreement for Sale of Land with Kandhari Hotels Private Limited for the establishment of a three-star category hotel in Amaravati. With an investment of around ₹80 crore, the project will be developed on Ac. 1.0 Cts. of land at Thulluru in the Amaravati Capital City area. The upcoming hotel will feature 100 room keys under the ITC brand, enhancing hospitality facilities in Amaravati and catering to visitors, business travellers, and institutions establishing operations in the city. The project is expected to generate around 150–200 employment opportunities, further strengthening the City’s hospitality ecosystem.
