@PrashanthMani10 @Flipkart You missed putting butter on your biscuit. There must include a dedicated telephoto lens with at least 3x optical zoom capability in this segment. You need to decide the configuration cleverly to grab the market share in a particular range.

Secondly, relating to service, although got new phone, it was only after spending 7 hrs in 3 visits to service center. This is especially annoying with a new phone which one has hardly used. Expect the process to be more efficient. @motorolaindia @Moto_Support @PrashanthMani10

@PrashanthMani10 Appreciate intent to keep serving consumers. I am or should I say "was" a Moto fan, using & advocating only Moto phones since 2014. But if new phone within 1month of purchase has issues with phone hardware, can customers continue to have confidence in the brand?
