Some quick updates, now Solacy - my design intern works well from Slack and figma tagged comments.
Solacy has it's own identity and skillsets, and asks question and gets smarter over the time.

Some updates on Solacy, my design agent that lives in Figma and gets smarter every session it tags and resolves comments, inhales product context, and calls the right workflows for all low-level tasks been trying a bottom up approach - get hygiene + audit working first - self learning loop that scores every new pattern, recurrence, component type, ~6 params - then taught it design request types, comments felt like the best way to teach it when to call what one of the reviewers left a comment to make a modal multi-select - Solacy made it multi-select - next comment was to add an unselected state - last one was to add more AI tool options, and didn't give it an icon this time it ran a vision audit, pulled DS library components, updated props, applied hygiene and resolved the comment Tried playing around with a TUI, Claude Code Native, Plugin, and now a separate seat for my agents sounds big. comments -> vision -> plan -> execute -> audit -> learn, every run makes the next one smarter Note: tho there are limitations and hand holding to be done to improve each time it executes) + finding place to save credits from task and workflow categorization. Will share a detailed demo soon.

Building at places like Flipkart and Zepto changes your lens.
You stop thinking in terms of launches and start thinking in terms of cities, experience, and repeat behaviour.
Those lessons are shaping how I’m building a consumer brand in coffee today.

Got rejected by YC again.
Not gonna lie : it stings every time. 🥲🥲🥲
Some people get in on their first try.
Others on their sixth.
Me? I’m still stacking rejections… and still building.
First time : Niche Market need to expand.
Second time: “not an AI product.”
And this time: another no.
But every rejection tightened my vision.
It forced clarity.
It made the story sharper and the product stronger.
My takeaway?
- Keep applying. Keep building.
- You might get to a point where you grow so much that even if YC says yes…
you won’t need it anymore 😉
Better things ahead. We got this 😤
