Bought a new AC from @BlueStarLtd on 2nd April via @amazonIN , and the experience has been extremely disappointing.
Within just a few days, the AC stopped cooling properly.
Issues faced:
• Customer support not responding
• Mobile app not working

I paid in advance for a new Jio Fiber connection at my apartment nearly 20 days ago. Soon after, I received a call from the installation executive who informed me that Jio Fiber is not available in my building.

7/ 🚨 New Update: For the last 1 month, they keep saying “your issue is sent to the team.” No update. No action.
I’ve decided to raise a complaint in consumer court.
⚠️ Advice to everyone: Never try Jio Fiber. I repeat, never!
