Now again, the AC is still not cooling properly. This is a brand new unit and already facing repeated cooling issues. I no longer trust this product. I am requesting an immediate replacement unit or full refund.

I was informed that a technician would visit yesterday, but no one showed up. Today as well, no one is responding to calls. This level of service is extremely disappointing, especially for a newly purchased product.

Extremely disappointed with Jio Fiber. @JioCare @reliancejio @jio I paid in advance for a new Jio Fiber connection at my apartment nearly 20 days ago. Soon after, I received a call from the installation executive who informed me that Jio Fiber is not available in my building.

5/ I even emailed Jio with the full details. Instead of cancelling, they replied saying they’ll send someone for installation. How many times do I have to repeat myself? I don’t want installation. I just want my money back.
