Distress: Air India Express flight IX 2015 (Indore–Bengaluru) diverted to Chennai. Passengers held inside aircraft for 3+ hours with NO food, NO water, NO proper communication.
This is a clear violation of DGCA passenger care norms.

No food, no water
Keeping passengers confined without care is unacceptable and inhumane.

This is a clear violation of DGCA CAR Section 3 Series M Part IV (Passenger Charter), which mandates meals/refreshments during such delays.
No communication, no assistance, no basic passenger care.

Interviewed a backend developer.
Guy was at 21 LPA. We offered 28 LPA, roughly a 33 percent hike. He agreed and confirmed joining.
Yesterday he emailed saying he got a 32 LPA offer elsewhere and now wants 36 LPA from us.
Nonsense. Why agree in the first place.
If you are still shopping offers just say it upfront. We stopped interviewing other candidates and waited through the notice period for the joining date.
Now two days before joining, he came back with a new price tag.

Discussions are ongoing at the CBIC board level to ban massagers and vibrators in any form when importing into any port by sea or air, unless misdeclared and not caught by officials.
Wintrack Inc. will file suits in the Madras High Court and Delhi against CBIC to either bring about a complete ban or allow imports for all.
