We. Are. So. Back. I'll say it once again: you CAN love yourself into better. For me, getting back to where I was means everything. tutorial over, I now push to new territory next, my goals are 1900 on RU, out of pools in TNS - and continuing 3 streams a week. wish me luck!

@Mortdog Hey Mort, in current state dragon spirit aug doesnt benefit of healing from any other source but dragon's claw and hasn't been since it was introduced, so if that can be changed alongside nerf to dragon claw, that would be great !

There is a lot of growing negativity in public TFT spaces (reddit, twitter, etc.) If you've played 100+ games of TFT, can you just say "thank you" for the 50+ hours of enjoyment to the very talented and hardworking game devs instead of yelling at them to do better deal

The "Flexible 4": Perfect Board Caps4⃣ There are only 14 self-contained 4 unit combos in the game. This combo has the highest cost, all are teamwide buffs, and they all scale freely(2/3/4.. etc). Whenever you have one of these traits hanging, the 4 will give you a perfect board.

ONE PIECE mangaka Oda's words to Toriyama's passing is so beautiful but sad. I have seen a lot of people posting a computer translation, but it doesn't do it justice. Here is the actual translation: --- It’s just way too early. The hole he has left is far too great. I am crushed by an overwhelming sadness when I realize we will never see each other again. I have admired him so much ever since I was a child. I remember distinctly when he first called me by my name. And when he called me and Kishimoto-san his “friends” on that day we were on the way back to our homes, it brings back very fond memories. I even remember the exact words we exchanged during our conversations too. He alone passed the baton from the generation where people thought reading manga would make you stupid to the generation where manga could be enjoyed by all, children and adults alike. He showed us a dream, that manga can do so many things, that it can connect you to the world. It was like watching a superhero come to life. However, his work was not just limited to manga. The excitement and emotions felt through the Dragon Ball series will forever take root in the youth of the creators of this industry. His existence is like that of a great tree. For all the manga artists of my generation, as we got closer to standing on the same stage as him, Toriyama’s work became an even greater presence that we felt deeply. It was almost scary. But it always made us happy to see him in person with his carefree attitude. Our love for Toriyama-sensei runs in the blood through our veins. With the creative world that Toriyama-sensei left behind in this world, I pray from the bottom of heart with respect and gratitude that he rest in peace. May the Heaven he envisioned be a most joyous place for him.

I miss Marvel SNAP releases that felt playable that weren't just 4/10s and 6/15s.

Applies to basically every cope you have on why you aren't climbing in any game you play
Matt Leung-Harrison@RiotPhroxzon

Losers queue doesn't exist We're not intentionally putting bad players on your team to make you lose more. (Even if we assumed that premise, wouldn't we want to give you good players so you stop losing?) For ranked, we match you on your rating and that's all. If you've won a lot and start losing, it's because you're playing against better players and aren't at that level anymore. It's not because we matched you with all the inters and put all the smurfs on the enemy team. For 99.9% of people reading this, even if you think you're "playing perfectly" and post a good KDA screenshot with the rest of your team "inting", I promise you that if a good player reviews your games there's 100's of things that you could have done differently that could've changed the trajectory of the game. Sure there are games where your teammates play poorly, that's just the nature of a 5v5 game. In the long run, you're the only common factor and the only one responsible for your rating is you. If you took an "unwinnable" game and replayed it with any Challenger in your spot, it would probably result in a win. A good non-giving up attitude (see the top post on front page reddit rn), a growth mindset, investing in a good coach/asking reputable people for advice will help make your relationship with League a lot better. There are 5 potential giver-upperers on the enemy team and only 4 on yours. Don't make it 5. I mainly wanted to make this post because in the process of helping people debug their accounts, there's so many people who legitimately believe we're putting them in loser's queue that it's driving me crazy. Some observations from coaching over the last 12 years: 1. Most players play too conservatively with a lead. Playing on the edge to draw pressure & waste the jungler's time, while not throwing is extremely impactful. - Playing for KDA, so you can post a screenshot of "doing well" while your team feeds so you feel better is not going to help you get better. 2. Review every death. 95% of deaths are avoidable until you hit very high ranks. Find the root cause of why you're dying; are you managing the wave incorrectly and not getting a ward out for a common gank timing, are you overcommitting to fights when they're respawning, are you flipping it to crash a sidelane when an objective is spawning. 3. Play to your win condition, while identifying & disrupting theirs. Find which lanes are volatile and most likely to carry the game from either side and prioritize your resources there. If your top lane is some swingy matchup and you get them ahead, they're gonna create so much pressure for you that the game becomes very easy to navigate.

Reworked Quake has been working pretty well for me but I rarely see others run it, while Legion is kind of like big Quake a lot of times. So which is better overall?

Your company doesn’t love you. If you work for me, my company doesn’t love you, even if I personally might care a lot. Don’t put all your eggs in one basket (even mine). Always keep a side eye out for opportunities. Always have a back up plan in mind. That’s not disloyalty.

oh yeah this is apparently a thing that people have been nominating me for, thank you all so much! No idea how realistic it actually is, but if that‘s something you feel like doing the link is right there 👀

The streamer awards nominations are up currently, i think that @Gamebreak0r has a genuine shot at winning this award with how insane his growth this year has been with his skill at the game if all of us get him on the voting ballot so go and nominate him thestreamerawards.com/nominations

For reference: Shanging Blob requires you throw priority, guess right, hope they don't also have alioth, and hope they didn't have Caiera. So much has to go right to simply coin flip still. Card is deeply problematic because you can't compete with it on raw stats basically ever

Blobs a messed up Marvel SNAP card. If you think people pointing that out are a "vocal minority" you suck at evaluating SNAP cards. Honestly incredible how many people suggest Shang and Shadow King are reasonable answers like I've never considered that before.

HERE ARE SOME HEADLINER RULES YOU SHOULD KNOW: 1. If you pass a headliner, the next time you see that champion it will have the other trait. For example, if you pass Edgelord Riven, the next Riven will 100% be 8 Bit Riven If a unit has 3 traits, it will 50/50 be the other 2 traits. Once you've seen 2 traits. it resets to the other 2 traits. 1/6

Early @UntappedSNAP confirming my confusion that people have been complaining about High Evo. Archetype is very middling, playing against Leech simply isn't fun though. PS: Loki still above 50% WR, so I expect people will want more nerfs 🤣🤣🤣
