DraftKings officially “launched” DKeX today, its proprietary CFTC-licensed exchange built on the Railbird Technologies acquisition. Worth noting: contracts in the app are still routing through Crypto(.)com which owns NADEX), not DKeX. The infrastructure is real but the migration isn’t…yet. The press release and the routing are telling different stories right now. We’ll be watching over the weekend to see if anything changes.

Yesterday DKeX DCM filed an emergency market-halt notice with the CFTC (2:52–5:30pm ET, "system error"). The rule submission was signed by Amanda L. Olear, Chief Regulatory Officer.
