@Enercare I renewed my protection plan in Oct 2025 with a promised 4-month billing waiver. Since Dec, I’ve been billed each month and repeatedly told the waiver would “start next month.” The start date keeps shifting, and calls are being disconnected. I’m struggling to get help.
