@Enercare A very strange lady from enercare who sounded like a robocall called to book a complimentary maintenance for heating. My mom is ill with heart failure, she can't wait around for a technician in a 4 hour window. She has to be accommodated. No phone calls. Email only.

@Enercare is the worst company out there. They recommend a new hot water tank to me that runs out of hot water every single day. When I tell them this, they told me my wiring is insufficient for the tank that was installed. Can't cancel the contract.

@Enercare when you say 8-12 it’s already an inconvenience. At 11:40 you say on route it’s not bad at 12:10 still on route it’s not acceptable. To have someone go to their office on a Saturday to wait for an undisclosed amount of time it not costumer service.

@Enercare I renewed my protection plan in Oct 2025 with a promised 4-month billing waiver. Since Dec, I’ve been billed each month and repeatedly told the waiver would “start next month.” The start date keeps shifting, and calls are being disconnected. I’m struggling to get help.
