It did what no mood stabilizer, anti psychotic, snri ssri, therapy could do, it got rid of of huge portions of gender dysphoria So yea I don't really care what some cass review says because I am a sequoia and I'm waiting on the rest of you to catch up 5/

@BobWhencer @Gimpuslegend @SOgnenis @billybragg Blinded for a while? Most kids go to gender clinics when they are experiencing or about to experience puberty, I don't know what you think a long while is but if they are already in puberty I don't think right now is very long 1/2

So obviously if you have gender dysphoria you won't see it improved until you have changes which takes years The fact they didn't see a huge improvement in the first year doesn't mean we should

@Gimpuslegend @SOgnenis @billybragg Also 2 years was the follow up? How many years does a person have to be happy before we just let them live? As I have said before: Do I have to wait until my final breath to validate my feelings and know "for sure"? Do I have to suffer my whole life because maybe it goes away?

@Gimpuslegend @SOgnenis @billybragg Other than it addressed the reason for the suicidalality? If someone is upset they are in a bad marriage and then get a divorce it would be pretty silly to say the divorce wasn't the reason Do you know what gender dysphoria is?

@Preevet @SOgnenis @billybragg Patients often hold erroneous beliefs. Especially men who call themselves "transwomen". Yes, patient satisfn is important, but not an adequate basis upon which to assert that a treatment is effective. I'm glad you did not commit suicide. HRT is not the reason you didn't.

I understand that the Cass report agitates many men who call themselves transwomen, as their paraphlia demands that others play along. Tough.
