@premierinn booked to stay at Evesham 15min walk to town. Perfect… except your map location in app is wrong 😡😡actually 30min walk to town. Why has this not been corrected? I wonder perhaps because we wouldn’t have booked?

I usually have great experiences with @PremierInn, but this time I’m disappointed. After a fire alarm evacuation at 11:30pm, I emailed twice for a Good Night Guarantee refund (no staff at checkout) and haven’t had any response. Hoping this can be resolved.

Genuinely can’t understand the need to request soya or oat milk at @premierinn breakfast. Just have it out. Waited to be given some, get up to go get some coffee, come back and a staff member took it away 🙃 how does this reduce waste
