@premierinn I've replied.. awaiting the fine to be revoked?? Warn customers staying at hotel that your system doesn't work and NCP still send fines!!! Train your customer complaints team too. Appalling
@premierinn have just admitted that their tablets in reception where you put your car registration in for drop off do not work..you will still receive a fine for NCP which you have to sort out yourself!!!
