@EmiratesSupport Hello. 4 days since I sent you a DM and 3 days since my booking disappeared after submitting the refund but no email or anything. I’d like to know if I’ll be getting a full refund as per your website.

@EmiratesSupport @emirates looks like you have changed your minds on offering full refunds. First screenshot is yesterday and the second one is today. So what’s it going to be? Looks like charge back is going to have to happen for loss of any monies I don’t get back!

Emirates resumes operations Emirates will resume operations. Passengers who have confirmed bookings for this afternoon’s flights may proceed to the airport. This includes customers transiting in Dubai, if their connecting flight is also operating. @emirates I’m actually worried that I have taken the advice from the airline stating about cancelling my flight as I’ve seen that you have been taking a fee of around 25% but on your site it says no fees. My flight has gone off the app and the not had email confirmation

@jet2tweets Hi. I want to book an Iceland City Break for next October 2026. On the website when I book it days a northern lights tour and transport is included upto April 26 but nothing for after that date. Do you know if this will be added to city breaks booked for Oct 26? TIA
