@EmiratesSupport Hello. 4 days since I sent you a DM and 3 days since my booking disappeared after submitting the refund but no email or anything. I’d like to know if I’ll be getting a full refund as per your website.

@EmiratesSupport @emirates looks like you have changed your minds on offering full refunds. First screenshot is yesterday and the second one is today. So what’s it going to be? Looks like charge back is going to have to happen for loss of any monies I don’t get back!

@steven_dutton Hi, the Air-Rail Link is back in service and normal operations have resumed. The Air-Rail Link operates between 3:30 am, and 00:30 am daily. The carriages run continuously, on-demand during these hours.
