@4thOfJuly365 That's what mom used for pot roast on Sundays. She'd put the roast, etc in it, place it in our gas stove before we started getting ready for sunday school/church. Perfectly cooked when we returned (but we couldn't eat until after we changed out of Sunday clothes).
