Two brownfield plans were approved at last night's @lansingmichigan City Council meeting! A proposed $33.1M project at 501 S. Capitol & 502 S. Washington, plus another at the Temple Building connecting @OldTownLansing & Northtown will move closer to fruition with these approvals.

@andyschor Preservation Lansing is working with the Ingham Co Treasurer to sell the house at 543 Norman with an owner occupancy clause and a preservation covenant attached so the house will have to be rehabbed and it's historic character maintained.
