President @CanadianLabour. Advocating for workers across 🇨🇦. Mom, dog-lover, proud former grocery clerk, fighting for an inclusive economy. #CanLab #CDNPoli

Through the Liberals’ repeated use of Section 107 of the Canada Labour Code, they are violating the Charter-protected right to strike and attacking workers’ ability to fight for a liveable wage. Whether it’s Carney in Ottawa or Danielle Smith in Alberta, anti-worker politicians are embracing authoritarianism instead of addressing the every day struggles of workers. Through my #BillC247, we’re going to give power back to workers and uphold the right to strike.

Union leaders gathered today to send a clear message to government: No more trade deals and economic decisions that leave workers behind. A strong economy is built with workers, not behind closed doors. #canlab #cdnpoli #solidarity
