We’re looking forward to Volunteers’ Week, which this year also includes The Big Lunch and The Big Help Out taking place 5-8 June 2026. It’s a great opportunity to thank and recruit volunteers, meet, eat and lend a hand.

Across our UK Nations and overseas, Scouts gives young people a place to belong. Empowering them through adventure, teamwork and shared values to take the lead and make a positive difference in their communities. Happy National Children’s Day

Happy Founder’s Day! Every year, on February 22nd, the Scouting movement celebrates the birthday of Lord Baden-Powell, and his wife, Olave, who was the first Chief Girl Guide. This is known worldwide as Founders Day. #FoundersDay
