Think I’ve got the process down now. Talking head (usually just opening) and screen capture with LogiCapture, visualiser with QuickTime. Edit together in Adobe Rush, MS Stream to create captions, upload to media central and embed in moodle.

@LNER She is on 9.12 from Berwick to KX. She moved herself to a coach, only one other person in it. Coming up to York then no stops, if no one gets on and takes the seat she's in, should be okay. train guard doesn't know seat allocations hence annoyed with my mum when needing help.

@LNER my mum is on a train to King's Cross & someone was in her reserved seat. She waited for the train guard who said it is not his fault, was rude & slammed door in her face. She's now having to be prepared to move at every stop, making social distancing hard. Can you help her?
