I am a J6er. I protested a stolen election. Walked right past the police through an open door, and the police let me in. My father's step son turned me into the FBI. My house was raided. They branded me a traitor, and insurrectionist, slapped me on a terrorist watchlist. I plead guilty to illegal picketing, a Class B petty offense misdemeanor with the same sentencing guidelines as walking your dog off leash on a National Park . They swore no prison time. They lied. Judge Hogan sentenced me to 30 days for “not being remorseful enough” and three years’ probation to tie me up through elections. An unconstitutional "split" sentence. My Judge, Judge Hogan called J6 worse than the war of 1812. All I did was chant "Stop the Steal!" inside the Capitol and wear the wrong Tshirt. God Bless the J6ers!

@PlayPhasmo when are you fixing the fact the game randomly boots people put over and over on ps5? Are you seriously waiting until the event to fix an issue that makes the game unplayable?

@PlayPhasmo char customization isnt what id thought itd be but my biggest issue is that the update keeps booting people out of the game nearly every match and that makes it frustrating to even continue to try to play and we were on a small map at that

@TheJusticeDept where is the justice in choosing not to investigate the death of Renee good or deciding she and her wife are guilty but not the officer without an investigation. All deaths at the hands of another, officer or not should ALL be investigated. Period.

What a disgrace. A reporter reads the actual text of the Epstein bill; the part that explicitly protects survivors by allowing redactions of child sex-abuse material not too long ago. Reporter: “The survivors are comfortable with this. It’s in the bill.” Mike Johnson: “They’re not.” Reporter: “It’s up to the AG.” Johnson: “No it’s not! We’re not making this up.” They are making it up. This is gaslighting in real time, all to stall the release of the Epstein files. But sure, let’s talk about Bill Clinton instead. The Minnesota raid isn’t about safety. It’s a distraction. Anything to change the subject from the Epstein files.

🚨 BREAKING: The New York Times reports that at least six federal prosecutors in Minnesota have resigned over the Justice Department’s handling of the Renee Good case, including its push to investigate her widow and the reluctance to investigate the ICE agent who shot Good. This isn’t a rumor, it’s career prosecutors walking out in protest of how the DOJ has prioritized everything but accountability in this fatal shooting.

We thank you for your patience as our crews work to restore power. The cause of the outage is under investigation, although CPP can confirm there is no substation damage. CPP crews were able to restore power to most customers overnight by routing power through alternate circuits.

@TigTiegen @TaraSetmayer And yet this administration was quick to get on TV and label her a domestic terrorist before any investigation has happened. That greatly undermines trust that this will be a fair investigation when they are already playing judge. You expect that from rando people not your leader

A civilian chose to insert herself into that operation. She was not an uninvolved bystander. She was not accidentally present. She was not forced into the situation. She deliberately placed herself in the middle of an active enforcement action, blocked law enforcement, ignored lawful commands, and escalated the encounter with a vehicle. That matters. None of that requires celebrating her death. None of that requires hating her. None of that requires denying her humanity. It simply requires acknowledging reality. Everyone wants to collapse this into a single villain and a single victim. That is not how the world works and it is not how law works. Responsibility does not disappear because the outcome was tragic. She had options. Multiple off ramps. She could have complied, disengaged, removed herself entirely from the situation She chose not to. Under the law, a vehicle is treated as a deadly weapon when used to threaten or endanger others. That is not a political standard. That is a legal one, built on decades of precedent and reality. Vehicles kill people. Officers are trained accordingly. If an officer is trained to respond to a perceived lethal threat involving a vehicle, then that response is evaluated against training, policy, and the totality of circumstances at the moment force was used. Not slow motion video. Not internet outrage. Not hindsight. That does not mean the officer is automatically justified. That is why investigations exist. That is why due process exists. What does not exist is the right to erase one person’s actions because they make the story uncomfortable. Now zoom out, because this is bigger than one incident. What is driving unrest in this country is not accountability, it is rhetoric. Political party rhetoric that treats every incident as proof of tyranny. Law enforcement rhetoric that overstates and inflames instead of explaining. Celebrity rhetoric that turns tragedy into clicks, money, and clout. All of it feeds division. All of it feeds escalation. From both sides. This is not leadership, restraint or justice! The Founders warned about this exact dynamic. Not as theory, but as experience. They understood that factionalism turns reason into tribalism and law into a weapon. When people stop thinking and start picking teams, truth becomes optional. That is where we are. People are not asking what happened. They are asking who the person was aligned with. People are not weighing evidence. They are searching for confirmation. And death becomes a political tool. I am not interested in that. I am interested in the facts, law, responsibility and cause and effect. You can acknowledge tragedy without lying. You can demand accountability without erasing actions. You can seek justice without turning every death into a team sport. If you cannot do all 3 at the same time, then you are not seeking justice. You are seeking validation And that is exactly how chaos grows. Now apply the same standard consistently: Ashley Babbitt. Active federal building. Restricted area. Repeated (no proof) lawful commands to stop. Advanced toward officers during a volatile breach. Shot by a federal officer. Public response from the left was immediate and clear. “She should not have been there.” “She ignored lawful commands.” “Actions have consequences.” Compliance mattered then. Renee Good. Active federal law enforcement operation. Federal agents acting under lawful authority. Civilian inserted herself into the operation. Ignored lawful commands. Escalated with a vehicle. Shot by a federal officer. Public response now claims compliance is irrelevant and responsibility rests solely with the agent. You cannot have 2 standards. Either compliance matters in volatile federal enforcement situations or it does not. Either cause and effect applies or it does not. Justice does not and should change based on political alignment.

I’m a Marine Corp veteran, trained by LEOs when I served in US embassies on how to handle unruly individuals or protestors. 1) If you are the guys with guns, you are the ones responsible for the situation. Doubly so if you outnumber the person you’re engaging. 2) You do not need to use force except to control the situation in order to deescalate it. Minimal force required. 3) You are NOT here to look for excuses to use more force. Even if the person gives you an excuse which “justifies” using force, that doesn’t mean using force is de facto the right move. 4) “Let the other person retreat” often resolves the situation just fine! Don’t surround people, back them up against a wall, etc. Your job is to control the situation. “I put myself stupidly in danger” is not an excuse to escalate “because I’m in danger.” 5) People will feed off of your energy. If you come rolling up like a fascist thug ready to break skulls, people will meet you at that level. If you show up calm, professional, and having a friendly chat, often that brings the temperature down. Everything I see from ICE agents is they are relishing violence and exercising power, needlessly escalating situations, looking for opportunities to shoot their weapons and beat the shit out of people. ~ Alexander McCoy

@JDVance We have a right to safety from our law enforcement! If he was dealing with ptsd then he should NOT have been cleared for duty. What he did could have also injured others which is why trained law enforcement doesnt fire on unarmed people in cars when there are ither options

If you want to say this woman's death is a tragedy, that we should pray for her soul as Christians and Americans, then I agree with you. But the media dishonesty about this officer is an all-time moment in shameless press propaganda. Does this law enforcement officer have a family? Yes. Did he he get seriously injured by a vehicle just six months ago? Yes. Did he have reason to fear for his life? Yes. Does he have every right to safety while he's doing his job? Yes. I want our law enforcement officers to do their jobs and come home safely to their family. If you don't like the immigration policy of the Trump administration, attack me. Leave our law enforcement alone. And it's time for the press to finally tell the truth about this story. x.com/rapidresponse4…
