@PrimeDesigns21 Ok….land restrictions is not a major factor, the Architect is not properly trained that is why he can design a stadium into a 15x30m plot. Social media is a pool of all kinds of thoughts & ideas, even those that will fail on paper

Big land oh! Small land oh! Medium land oh! If you can't design you can't design. Land size is not an excuse to produce bad design. My POV

Imagine mocking realistic rendering because you can’t do it, then consoling yourself that the renderer probably can’t plan well either. Architecture requires multiple skills, not insecurity.

@Obeta_Ebube It looks as if the building was built somewhere else and placed on the flooring. 😁

@OHOladd @akins_olumide It's not only those. Have insurance. If Revit fail, AutoCAD can be a backup, if AI fails, your rendering software can be a backup.

@Arcfunmi Why would you deliver less? I don't understand. Even if you're not paid well, you're building a portfolio. So, should your portfolio be filled with good and bad deliveries viz.

This is interesting.... However, one thing is certain: never operate under the idea that a certain high-level delivery is being overlooked. Because, if you produce super-realistic images in rendering for a client who has been receiving shoddy deliveries, he'll begin to wonder why your architecture is different and superior. Never settle for less even if others are doing that. Always deliver high res. You don't know how far your project can go.. The ones in these images appear to have been rushed and I believe the renderings would still be done.

Davido's proposed mansion 😂😂, is this real? Omo be like I dey do too much oo😂 If you like, go and scatter 50GB high-poly trees and render 4K cinematics for a 200k,your mind go dey.I swear my motherboard is not frying for you if you don't touch some figures.@Jaye_lor na play?😭

This is one of the most interesting projects of the year I look forward to, not because it's big, but because convincing clients that certain things make a big difference can be a war

@OyinAjibade @mi_abdool You need to have insurance. This is what I said about AI too, don't get entangled and them become lazy of your previous tools, when it crashes, what'll you fall back on, when time is against you. The truth is a balance. Extremism is why the world is imbalanced.

@mi_abdool Lmaoo when people insist on autocad it’s usually funny to me cos wdym you must use autocad? People tried to get me to learn autocad but it never stuck. I’ve always used Revit for everything.

@Shukuemekah @mi_abdool Sketch from AutoCAD to Revit, after modelling, floor plans, elevations and Sections export back to AutoCAD for further, details, graphics, dimensioning & plotting. Back to Revit for Visualisation on V-Ray. The day Revit crashes, have something to fall back to. Have an insurance.
