Got NFL Combine Prep Programming down to a simple science. So easy! For us, only one way to do it. But I wake up in middle of nights thinking about programming for HS kids. 🤣 So many different ways to chose yet still fighting to keep it simple. Time to go "Back to School."

We do not always test 5-10 fly times for PRs or acceleration. We sometime coach it with XPE Game Speed Principles.
1) Get to appropriate "Game Speed" range of 1.20-1.28 secs for "ADEQUATE" accel; then have the same accel and stop at 20 yards.

This has become a normal day in my life. NFL players showing up to train with me, and then them turning around and helping the athletes of @football_csn. Both the HS kids and NFL players workout the same then they all get on the field and workout together. Grateful!

And I gotta give some love to @Tony_Villani_ and the SHREDMILL. Reached out to Tony over a year ago trying to learn more about developing speed, the acceleration especially. One of the good dudes. Humble, smart, more than generous with his time and his knowledge. Appreciate you, Tony. There’s always somebody out there willing to help. You just gotta go find em.

It is happening!!! Came out better than I could imagine. We can go crazy in the programming after input from our coaches. We will have a Gear 1 (FORCE), Gear 2 (Heavy Accel), Gear 3 (Light Accel), and Gear 4 (MaxV on G Unit)) to track along with 10 constant resistance loads.
