So a handful of our @StJamesFB guys ale come to me a couple times a week at the facility. Want to see the @SHREDmillSpeed impact? The only thing we do at my facility since they train at school? SHREDmill G2 and G3, OHM walks at 0.1 and OHM runs at 3 and 6. These guys have all went from 8-9 mph G2 and 11-13 G3 to 10.5-11.5 and 13-16 G3 If anyone tells you this isn’t an elite tool to impact performance? Smile, nod and slowly back away. 🤣🤣🤷♂️@Tony_Villani_

Answered this question today. If we need a lactate workout and weather will force us indoors, what do we do? ❓❓❓ Can we do stuff in gym? YES Do this x4 with 3 min rest. (4 min if needed) Down and back 3x (court is 84’ long… down and back would be 168’, 3 down and backs would be a total of 504’ =153m). This is basically 4x 150m with 6 accelerations and 6 decelerations built into each. That’s 48 accelerations & decelerations! Full speed, performance level work. Call out times. Have athletes report their times during rest periods. Record, Rank, Publish.

Great day at @MizzouFootball so far. Still a educational dinner tonight with staff. Meeting with team tomorrow. My 2nd time here after they purchased their 2nd @SHREDmillSpeed. I love this campus and staff more and more each time and ran into XPE dudes @austnsimmons @_jbrady1!
