After a solid Dynamic Warm, we begin with 75% 1x10 EMOM with Hang Clean from Power Position! Awesome for Rate of Force Development, Athletic Performance Specific ROM for the Stretch Shortening Cycle, Explosiveness, and Transfer of Energy.
Then we begin our contrast training with all elements being measured:
☑️Front Squat measured by @GymAware 50% x 5 Velocity >1.1m/s, 60%, Velocity >.88m/s, 70% aka 215lb x 5 Velocity was .87m/s well above the normal .7 m/s, 75% x3 235lb was still .84m/s, and then 250lb x 5 for 5RM PR of 250lb at .78m/s. Next week, we’re going off of 335lb versus 315lb. Obviously he’s way above 315lb.
