- Mamdani calls for rent stabilization throughout his entire campaign
- Rent stabilization forces landlords to postpone any upgrades, renovations, and extra maintenance
- Landlords are now deemed "bad-owners" allowing Mamdani to steal their property
This "gifting of properties" to non-profits seems like a new way for the Far-Left to launder their money now that USAID isn't an option.
