One of my favorite young athletes we have at @PRIME_HTX HQ📍 (Also plays for our rising 14y Major group, Wildcatters Prime HTX - HC @FairchildPitch ) -6.8s 60yd dash this week at @PerfectGameUSA 13u National Showcase⚡️💨 Super motor on a twitchy frame. Sponge in the training environment, with elite level focus (yes that’s a skill) As an observer before all else, my jobs to find holes in the ship for each of my athletes. For most of the young ones (14y & down) it’s a tough match to unlock THEIR why, and ultimately provide the quickest bridge to growth. Jaxson is an exception, understanding how to be where his feet are at a very early age! This is a super power for me when forcing an athletes brain to adapt, or change, or grow etc etc Proud of his hard work!
