I refused to join Parliament so that I do not take more money from the people of Uganda. I have dedicated all my allowances as CDF to the people of my country. All those who are interested in jobs and positions have not understood the gospel of PLU.

@Ruharabu Did you carry out due diligence to acertain that you are correct in presuming that he carries dual citizenship? Did you take ur time to find out if he actually denounced the dual citizenship? Why don't you wait for the screening before assuming.

The problem is not Ugandan Banyarwanda, the problem is folks who hold dual citizenship or pay allegiance to another country can't and shouldn't serve in sensitive components of the state. Any state. U would never find a Ugandan holding any sensitive offi e in Rwanda or Kenya.

My young brother Hon.Kabanda is the General Secretary of the Patriotic League of Uganda, a much more important position than being a cabinet minister. His job is to organise and mobilise the millions of young people in our country. Kabanda will get a ministerial job when Todwong gets one.
