The order restrains certain relatives of the late highlife legend Daddy Lumba, Papa Shee, Akosua Serwaa Schindler, Ernestina Fosuah Brempomaa, Wofa Yaw Poku, and their agents, from organizing, promoting, or hosting any “Celebration of Life” event scheduled for 28th–29th March 2026 at Independence Square, Accra, or any other venue. The Court further cautions that any breach of this directive will amount to contempt of court and attract legal sanctions.
