Great P.D. field trip opportunity w/our staff over @ the 'Ōlelo Community Broadcast Studios! We were introduced 2 audio/visual strategies 2 use w/our students...and now, as official partners, they'll be providing our students w/real world experiences on campus & at their studios!

We're off to a GREAT start here at Mokulele! We are "Stronger Together" as a T.E.A.M.: Together, Everyone Achieves More! ...onward and upward! ✈️

Today, our staff @ Mokulele was treated to an all-staff, off-campus reteat at Kualoa Ranch Nature Reserve! Half the day was spent engaging in team building activities & half the day was spent relaxing, doing beach activities, & bonding! A great experience for all!

Today, a former S contacted me via LinkedIn. He said I was the only T he remembered from the time he was in HI. To say I was thrilled is an understatement. He was in my 2nd grade class in 1989, & I’ve often thought about him & other Ss I had. He is doing very well! ❤️😊

Thank you to our Kinder Ts & our 6th grade Ts, as well as our Pre-K Ts for the outstanding work done with our students this year, culminating w/their inspiring promotion ceremonies (K & 6th pictured)! Indeed, ALL our teachers deserve applause for all their hard work this year! 👏🏽

For T. Appreciation Week, we provided lunch for our staff! I cooked the meats & beans & our AWESOME cafe prepared the sides. I also gave a copy of the book "I Wish You More," in which I wrote a personal message, specific to each person. We ❤️ our Ts at Mokulele El.! 🤩 @HIDOE808

We are very appreciative of the time taken by Complex Area Sup't (CAS) John Erickson (on my immediate right) and the rest of the visiting team during their visit to our campus as well as to some of our classes. Their continuous support is greatly appreciated! Mahalo!

For the past few weeks, our students have been collecting donations for the American Heart Assoc.'s Heart Challenge! The top 2 students w/the most donations got to "slime" me this past Thurs. morning! What a great way to serve & help their community...and the kids loved it!
