Women are emotional beings by nature which means it's in their nature to be overly attracted and emotionally attached to a man they like. This is why I will never believe in chasing women. I give you a shot. I receive a negative response. Hence, I bounce and walk away with my self respect and dignity intact. I have seen how far women will go for a man they like. This is why i will never be that guy who lose my self respect to earn a woman's affection.

I asked Reza what's next after he's done three acquisitions and built a $10M+ EBITDA roll-up? "We're just getting started. This area is really interesting because there's still a ton of fragmentation. It has all the classic characteristics of a rollup aging founders. There's some really interesting tailwinds specifically here in in Canada for the industry side. I see a if we don't double and then some the platform in our hold period of call it 5 to seven years, I would think like we didn't do our job right."

1-person startup. $7 million ARR. $3 million annual profit. AI gave @joshmohrer superpowers. He's building Wave AI, the record & transcribe app. How: * Spends heavily on the best AI tools, instead of salaries * Codes using ChatGPT (start), Claude Code (now) * Does customer service himself to uncover needs & problems * Builds his own tools: email system, knowledge base writer, etc * Outsources edge software integrations to Zapier * Earns subscription revenue (annual is most profitable) I freakin' love listening to this guy.

Luis Reyes on acquiring over 30 sub-$1 million EBITDA services companies: "We decided to do business services for things that are obviously great cash-generating recurring revenue, barriers because of regulation. And then when you look at other markets - these businesses fetch double-digit valuations and are one of the most sought-after capital deployment opportunities even without thinking of an exit. If you hold them, you can continue deploying capital at rates that are ever higher and you can continue doing that for a long time.
PrivateEquityGuy (Mikk Markus)@PrivatEquityGuy

One of the most active roll-ups? Since leaving McKinsey, Luis and his team have done over 30 acquisitions (seven last December) by consolidating fire safety businesses. They do $8M+ in EBITDA, with the goal to double it over the next 12-18 months. $50K of copywriting. 15 minutes. One prompt. That's what we did with Claude. Rewrote my agency's homepage from scratch. Friends rated the old copy 6/10. New version? 9/10. The prompt is stupidly simple: "Pull from the top 10 advertising practitioners in history. Score each rewrite 0-100. Don't stop until you hit 90%." First attempt: 74%. Final version: 94%. Same week, SEO team said 150 programmatic pages would take a week. We did it in 20 minutes. $45,000 worth of work in 20 minutes at an 8-9/10 level. Then did 600 pages because why not. We can no longer think about work as doing tasks. We must remember the purpose of our job is to solve high-leverage problems.

The Head of Sales at one of my companies just showed me something wild that took their 38% bounce rate to under 3%. A 5-step Clay workflow that validates every lead before it hits their sequencer. The best part? Their Growth Assistant in the Philippines runs this whole system in minutes every day. I asked Rey to record his flow in a 5-minute Loom Repost + reply "GA" to get it in your DMs. P.S. to make sure you get the lead magnet, reply and comment in the first 24 hours of posting.

Nano Banana Pro is the GOAT for static ads. But it only generates one image at a time. So I built an n8n agent that generates 1,000+ ad variations from a single product photo. Fully automated, zero manual prompting. Perfect for e-comm brands & agencies who need creative static volume without the grind. Here's the problem: You're testing static ads at scale. You need 50, 100, maybe 500 variations to find winners. But you're sitting there prompting one image at a time. Downloading, organizing, repeating. That's not a creative workflow. That's a part-time job. Here's what the agent does: → Upload one product image via n8n form → OpenAI Vision analyzes your product automatically → AI generates custom image prompts (you set how many) → Nano Banana creates every variation on autopilot → All images auto-stored in Box for instant access No manual prompting. No one-by-one downloads. No folder chaos. What you get: → 50, 100, or 1,000 ad variations from one upload → AI-generated prompts tailored to your product → Every image organized and ready to test → Hours of work compressed into minutes Built 100% in n8n. Want the n8n template for free? → Like this post → Comment "NANO" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)
